ingredients:

One pint Halo Top Cookies & Cream flavour
1 cup Crushed Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

directions:

  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Let the pint of Halo Top thaw on the counter for 5 minutes.

  3. Use a cookie scoop to portion scoops of the Halo Top Cookies & Cream flavour onto the cookie sheet.

  4. Freeze for 1 hour.

  5. In a bowl, add the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies.

  6. Roll the scoops of Halo Top in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies to coat.

  7. Freeze for 1 hour, or until firm. Enjoy!
